Don’t miss staying in the king room with a city view, complete with a balcony, large windows, and reliable WiFi.

I liked the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and fairly clean, location was great in a quiet area. The breakfast of the property restaurant was particularly nice for an excellent value.

The rooms are affordable and come with a balcony, the location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

It's in a great location and the hotel is renovated from an ancestral home so has an interior courtyard. Our room looked moorish with a decorated ceiling and arches but what was weird was the en-suite bathroom which was really an elaborate screen wall - tiled and ornate - but all noises (and smells!) came into the main bedroom as the wall was really a partition and did not reach the ceiling. The whole place was very atmospheric and very well located. However, even in April, it was extremely noisy and we did not sleep well.

The so-called "ensuite facilities" which were really a partition of our room (no. 208). Also one person on reception was very unfriendly.

This place is conveniently located near a beautiful historic palace, the train and bus stations in about 10 minutes, and the heart of the city's historic district, with friendly and helpful staff.

Our room, 208, was spectacular. It looked like a Moorish palace. Great value. Our experience was far above 1 star.

    Hotel was charming and nice!

Overall my stay was really great and would absolutely stay here again. The vibe here was elegant! The location was super - ease of access to Arenal Square. Their food was good with a great selection of meals.

Charming hotel with excellent service and awesome location in the center. The staff is lovely, that's an advantage. The room is tidy and bright, comes with a modern bathroom, air con, and balcony.

Hotel 10 minute walk from bus & train station, very close to old town centre, lots of restaurants bars nearby. Entrance hall was impressive with a marble staircase up to the rooms. Room was big, high ceilings and had a small balcony, bathroom was a good size, hot water up to temperature very quickly, bed comfortable. Could do with some TLC but everything very acceptable. Family run hotel who were very helpful and friendly.

Occasional traffic noise at night but not enough to keep us awake. Small screen tv. Would have been better with eggs for breakfast.

Clean room with frosty air-con, small balcony and tv. Very close to centre of town. Fair sized room for the price. Excellent value.

Breakfast was a little poor however at the price I didn't even expect it to be included. No real complaints at all.
